Privacy Policy

Protecting our clients’ privacy is of paramount importance to Seaway Advisors, Ltd.  

We collect personal information to open your account(s), to process your transactions, and to help us provide a better level of service. It is our policy that no private client financial or personal information obtained by us is sold or made available to third parties with the following exceptions:

  • Third parties that may be used by Seaway Advisors to assist in the management and maintenance of client accounts (such as a client’s custodian or brokerage firm that implements trades on your behalf)
  • Seaway Advisors will release information as requested by you (i.e. to your CPA or attorney)

In connection with our client relationship, Seaway Advisors gathers information as follows:

  • Personal Information – Information necessary to open your account, such as your social security number, beneficiary information, personal financial information, name, phone number, email address, and address
  • Your Account History – Your investment transactions, account balances, security positions, account activity, and correspondence

Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We understand that you have entrusted us with your personal financial information, and we will do everything we can to maintain that trust.  If at any time, you have questions or concerns, or to update / correct information, please contact us.
